What is the Chalhoub Alumni Community?

Our Alumni Program is a community welcoming former colleagues, who have been an integral part of the Group’s success. It is designed to continue building an enduring relationship with us and with each other, inspiring legacy, creating an impact, making a difference and fostering personal growth.


Who is eligible to join the Chalhoub Alumni Program?

We welcome people who have worked with us at any time or location throughout the Group’s history. The Alumni Program is open to our previous employees who have worked with us all around the world for at least two years and longer.


How do I register? 

You can register by visiting https://alumni.chalhoubgroup.com/ and click on 'register today'. Add in info on the registration process – short step-by-step


How long does it take to be approved?

We aim to approve our alumni requests as soon as possible, at least on a weekly basis thanks to our HR teams. As all requests are submitted to validation, it can take few days to receive your email confirmation. 


How will I know if I have been approved?

Once you have completed the registration and your profile has been validated by the HR team, you will receive an email confirming your approval. 


What are the benefits of being a member of the Alumni Program?

Chalhoub stores discount: Once registered you will receive your virtual Chalhoub Alumni ID allowing you to access a variety of discounts and offers at Chalhoub stores across the GCC region. Click here to check the participating stores

To access the alumni discount cardonce you log onto your Alumni account you should be able to access your Alumni profile, where you can find your Alumni info.

Your Alumni number + proof of ID will allow you to utilize the alumni discounts and you have to present your ID card at the time of purchase. 


Chalhoub University: Once registered you will receive your login access to Chalhoub University platform allowing you access to the Group’s training platform and a full access to the Digital Library. We are currently working on enabling direct access to CU from the Alumni platform itself.

Career opportunities: Once registered you will have access to the Chalhoub Alumni platform with access to career opportunities and the possibility to create job alerts and consider re-joining and referring friends, family and colleagues. One of our Talent Acquisition Managers within our HR teams is specifically dedicated to the Alumni Community.
